Apple Crumble-Gastrointestinal Friendly Recipe

Recipe for Apple Crumble

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 apples
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon ,plus more for topping
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup raw honey OR maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions:

Remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes until the top browns and crisps. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with some more cinnamon.
Serve warm & enjoy!
